Hi there!

Thank you so much for visiting my site!

My name's Fiona and (unsurprisingly) I'm neither a penguin nor a peacock but actually an illustrator with an obsession for the natural world.

I live on the outskirts of the National Forest, in Staffordshire, UK. When I'm not drawing or creating colourful characters, I can usually be found wandering amongst the trees or cycling by the river. I find the closeness to nature a constant source of inspiration for my illustrations.

Alongside working on commissioned projects, I also produce my own collections of illustrated prints and gifts.

If you have a commission or collaboration in mind, I would love to hear from you!

I worked in the Children’s Team for Staffordshire Libraries for 3 years. I quickly grew to love story time and rhyme sessions with the children. I also produced a 10 meter long mural for the children’s library which is still there over 12 years later!

I share my studio with 3 fluffy chinchillas, my collection of children’s books and a ridiculous amount of lego. A major part of my days involves playing lego hopscotch.

My favourite place in the UK is The Natural History Museum.
I could happily spend days wandering around in there.

I love all nature but really struggle to like slugs and eels. Yuk!
